Yes—provided the organization’s primary mission is not lobbying or partisan advocacy. We routinely serve 501(c)(3) charities focused on education, health, community service, and the arts.
No. We do not create, amplify, or optimize content that supports or opposes a candidate, elected official, or pending legislation.
Occasional advocacy is acceptable if it is incidental to your core mission (e.g., a hospital supporting a public-health bill). We review such clients case-by-case to ensure no implied endorsement.
Any use of our name, logo, or team members in a context that could reasonably be interpreted as public support for an advocacy agenda—for example, logo placement beside a lobbying call-to-action or co-signing an open letter on legislation.
Only with prior written approval and only for business, educational, or service collaborations. Logo placement adjacent to political content is not permitted.
Yes—so long as our role is limited to non-political topics (e.g., marketing workshops). We decline panels or promotions that conflate our brand with advocacy messaging.
Email shaka@getLFTED.com with a brief description of your project or event. We normally respond within two business days with approval, modification suggestions, or a polite decline.
